The 5000 Series rotors build on the benefits of the 4000 Series by offering a composite 2-piece direct replacement design. Crafted with high carbon cast iron rings and aerospace-grade aluminum hats (T6061-T6), these rotors ensure peak performance under extreme conditions. Secured with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts, the 5000 Series adds the advantages of reduced weight and enhanced heat management, making them ideal for demanding applications.
The aerospace-grade aluminum hats in the 5000 Series rotors reduce unsprung weight, enabling better handling and performance. They also promote uniform radial disc expansion and minimize heat transfer from the cast iron rings to the hub. We offer complete assemblies (hats and flat discs pre-assembled) and separate replacement hats and flat discs, allowing drivers to reuse their DBA 5000 Series hats. Ideal for high-performance street vehicles, track days, club racing, rally applications, and show cars, the 5000 Series provides optimal performance and durability.
The 5000 Series XD variant features a non-directional cross-drilled and dimpled design, offering superior cooling compared to the HD finish while enhancing the sporty appearance of your vehicle. The XD design utilizes a combination of dimples and drilled holes, providing better structural integrity than traditional cross-drilled rotors. However, these rotors are not recommended for track use, making them more suitable for high-performance street applications where cooling and aesthetics are a priority.

Freight truck & international items, will require up to 7 business days to ship due to size and logistics.
All orders made after 3:00pm ET will be shipped or processed the next business day.
Unless otherwise noted as "In Stock" or exact ETA. Special Order items have an ETA of 5+ weeks.
Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $100.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.
Kami Speed serves the right to ship using an alternative method if we see it fit, in order to expedite shipping and reduce your rate depending on product value.
Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
