Brass Gauge style (PSIg) Pressure Sensors
Yes, AEM offers brass PSIg sensors in 15, 100, and 150. These sensors are gauge-style pressure sensors, which means they measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. When not subjected to any pressure, gauge-style sensors will read 0 psig (pounds per square inch gauge). These sensors are commonly used to measure various pressures in automotive applications, such as oil pressure, fuel pressure, brake pressure, nitrous pressure, and more. The brass construction ensures durability and reliable performance in demanding environments.
Which Pressure Sensor is Right for You?
There are numerous measurement tools available, however, the degree of accuracy varies depending on the equipment. A ruler, for example, may measure distance accurately, but a caliper should be used for more precise measurements. If we think about it in these words, the difference between a brass pressure sensor and a stainless steel pressure sensor is similar.:
Brass Pressure Sensor = Ruler
When you require a good reference to what pressure is being seen, use a Brass Pressure Sensor. Example: Brass Pressure Sensor used in a Boost Gauge - Reference/Information for determining manifold pressure, not ECU calibration.
Stainless Pressure Sensor = Caliper
When precise pressure information is required, use an SS Pressure Sensor.
Example: MAP Sensor information for the ECU - Calibration/critical information for the ECU.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $100.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
