Turbosmart's Upgraded Wastegate Actuators have been meticulously crafted to optimize boost response for your factory frame turbocharger. The IWG75 Series, in particular, stands out with its enhanced 'Working Ratio,' surpassing the capabilities of factory equipment and delivering improved boost response across the entire RPM range. This advancement in the 'working ratio' is achieved by augmenting the effective surface area of the diaphragm and implementing revisions to the springs. These modifications result in increased leverage of the forces the actuator contends with, including boost and backpressure, while maintaining exceptional responsiveness. By upgrading with the same base pressure as the factory, you can anticipate a broader boost and torque curve. This translates to achieving a peak boost earlier in the RPM and sustaining it for an extended duration into higher RPM. For those seeking even more significant improvements, higher base pressures can be employed. However, it's crucial to note that tuning and recalibration are likely necessary to fully leverage these enhancements.

All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
